A proof of Quran verses on two seas meeting side by side and between them a barrier (Surah Ar-Rahman:19-20)

He released the two seas, meeting [side by side]; Between them is a barrier [so] neither of them transgresses. (Quran; Surah Ar-Rahman, 55: 19-20)

If the debtor is in diffculty, then delay things until matters become easier for him - Quran

"If the debtor is in difficulty, then delay things until matters become easier for him; still, if you were to write it off as an act of charity, that would be better for you if you only knew."

(The Qur'an, Al-Baqarah, 2: 280)

Don't give short measure - Quran

"Woe to those who give short measure, who demand of other people full measure for themselves, but give less than they should when it is they who weigh or measure for others! Do these people not realize that they will be raised up on a mighty Day, a Day when everyone will stand before the Lord of the Worlds? "

Good Conduct Toward Others

The Prophet Muhammad (s) said: “Anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor, and anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should entertain his guest generously, and anybody who believes in Allah and the Last Day should talk what is good or keep quiet (i.e. abstain from all kinds of evil and dirty talk).”
(Narrated by Abu Hurayrah, Sahih Al Bukhari, Vol: 8 Hadith 47)
