Moving out of the comfort zone

Prophet Muhammad s.a.w said:

"If anyone constantly seeks forgiveness, Allah will appoint for him a way out of every distress and a relief from every anxiety."

(Hadith reported by Imam Abu Daud)

Experts suggest walking 6,000 steps (about 6 km) a day to improve health and 10,000 steps (about 10 km) a day to lose weight.
