Positive Thinking ... The persistent winner is not discouraged by a problem -- he is challenged by it
“The experienced mountain climber is not intimidated by a mountain -- he is inspired by it. The persistent winner is not discouraged by a problem -- he is challenged by it. Mountains are created to be conquered; adversities are designed to be defeated; problems are sent to be solved. It is better to master one mountain than a thousand foothills.”

(Hadis riwayat Muslim).

How many total verses in the Holy Quran?
How many total verses in the Holy Quran?
There are several answers given to us.
Majority would answer 6,666 verses.
Others would answer 6,240 verses, 6,226 verses or other answers in the range of 6,000-7,000 verses.
We read the the same Quran throughout the world so there should be one answer only.
It may seem trivial but it is important to know the fact. Furthermore, we can't add or delete any verse from the Holy Quran. Therefore there should be only 1 answer to this question.
To put the debate to rest, I decided to calculate the number of verses in the Holy Quran using MS Excel spreadsheet.
The definite answer is 6236 verses

Sujudku PadaMu, Tuhan…
Sujudku PadaMu, Tuhan…
Ya Allah Yang Esa, Yang Maha Menguasai Segalanya
Engkaulah tempat kuberserah sepenuhnya,
Alam pun berseru memujamu…
Tiada Tuhan Selain Allah…
La illaha ilallah, Muhammadarrasulullah..
Tiada Tuhan selain Allah, Nabi Muhammad utusan Allah…
Cukuplah hanya Allah untukku, dan Allahlah sebaik-baik penolong bagiku…
Laa haula walaa quwwata illa billah…
Tiada daya dan upaya tanpa pertolongan Allah…
