Zikrullah (Remembrance of Allah)
Ibn Al-Qayyim رحمه الله said,
"Constancy in remembrance of Allah brings about security from forgetfulness of Him. This forgetfulness is the cause of the servant’s misery both in this worldly life and on the appointed Day. This is because the forgetfulness of Allah leads to forgetfulness of his own soul and welfare. As Allah has said (in Surat AlHashr): “And be not like those who forget Allah and He causes them to forget their own souls; truly those are the corrupted.” [Chapter 59:Verse 19]
