Hadith: be merciful to mankind....

Narrated By Jarir bin 'Abdullah: Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said, "Allah will not be merciful to those who are not merciful to mankind." [Bukhari Vol 9 Bk 93 No. 473]

Words of wisdom: do more....

“Do more than belong: participate. Do more than care: help. Do more than believe: practice. Do more than be fair: be kind. Do more than forgive: forget. Do more than dream: work.”

Words of wisdom: the standard of success...

Success will not lower its standard to us. We must raise our standard to success.

Quran: the reward is forgiveness from their Lord...

For such the reward is forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens with rivers flowing underneath,- an eternal dwelling: How excellent a recompense for those who work (and strive)!

Hadith: anger management in Islam

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (sal Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “The strong man is not the one who wrestles others; rather, the strong man is the one who controls himself at times of anger.”

Quran: when Allah is mentioned...

The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned, feel a fear in their hearts and when His Verses (this Qur'an) are recited unto them, they (i.e. the Verses) increase their Faith; and they put their trust in their Lord (Alone);
